Primary, secondary & tertiary
On-call rotations that live where your team talks.
MyOnCall keeps Slack user groups like @dev-oncall pointed at whoever is on call, with up to three levels per shift, so the right people get pinged every time.
14-day free trial · No credit card needed
Example: in a Slack channel someone asks who is on call and mentions @payments-oncall, which reaches Cam Rivera and Dana Kim. MyOnCall then announces handoffs, including when someone covers a shift.

Let it run
At every handoff the groups update and your channel gets a message. Overrides and swaps take a couple of clicks.
Everything a rotation needs, none of the spreadsheet.
Slack user groups, always right
Each level gets its own @handle. MyOnCall updates the members at every handoff, plus an optional @handle-all.
Up to three levels
Everyone shares one roster, and this week's secondary is next week's primary, so handovers come naturally.
Overrides and swaps
Cover a sick day or trade weeks in a couple of clicks, from Slack or the web. The groups follow instantly.
Heads-ups that matter
Handoff messages in your channel and a DM before someone's shift starts.
Time zones and DST
Handoffs happen at the local time you picked, even when the clocks change.
Built for teams
Anyone can edit, or only admins. Every change is recorded with who made it.

Questions
What is a rotation?
A named schedule with up to three levels that hands off to the next person at a time you choose, like weekly on Mondays at 09:00. Each level gets its own Slack user group, such as @platform-oncall and @platform-oncall-secondary.
Do we need a paid Slack plan?
Yes. Slack only offers user groups on paid plans, and MyOnCall keeps those groups up to date. If something blocks the sync, the Settings page tells you what to change.
Do you need a card to try it?
No. Every install starts a 14-day free trial without a card. Add one before the trial ends to keep on-call sync running.
How is it priced?
Per workspace, not per person. Starter covers up to 5 rotations for $6 a month, Pro has no limit for $10 a month, and both are cheaper billed annually.
Can MyOnCall read our messages?
No. It never asks Slack for message history. It stores your members, rotations and schedules, and deletes workspace data when you ask. The privacy policy has the details.
How do we cancel?
Remove MyOnCall from your workspace in Slack. Your subscription ends with the current billing period, and your rotations are kept in case you come back.
Never wonder who is on call again.
